Marina Ferer is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. As Director of Client Services, Marina manages Tom's real estate transactions from initial client consultation through Close of Escrow. Marina maintains a versatile role as full-time Office Manager, Escrow Coordinator, Client Services Director, Marketing Manager, Website Administrator, and Design and Staging Consultant. Marina received her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. She began her career in Corporate Finance as a Financial Analyst for consumer products firms such as Kraft/General Foods, Warner-Lambert and Mennen. Marina's desire to create and manage led her to a Retail Management position at Robinson's where she led a team of over 20 Sales Associates in the merchandising and the sale of Women's Bridge Sportswear. After a job transfer brought Marina and her family to the Peninsula, Marina began working at Old Republic Title in Customer Support. During this time Marina founded her own Staging and Interior Design company. Marina's ability to work with Buyers and Sellers of all types has won her high acclaim from clients. Her dedication to perfection and uncompromising service contributed to millions of dollars in sales.Originally from the East Coast, Marina has lived in many large metropolitan areas including New York, Washington DC, Dallas, and Los Angeles. Calling Burlingame home since 1999, Marina is raising two daughters who attend Our Lady of Angels School. When she is not helping Tom grow his real estate business, Marina likes to run marathons.

Gillian Kosharek is a licensed Real Estate Sale Associate and Relocation Specialist. Originally from the Midwest, Gillian began her college education studying Political Science at the Universidad de Los Andes and at Pontificia Universidad de Javiana, both in Bogota, Colombia. She returned to the Midwest to finish her education and received her Bachelor's Degree in International Relations with a focus on Global Security from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Gillian worked for the J.W. Fulbright Commission at St. Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic before moving to the Bay Area in 2000.
Gillian began her real estate career in 2004. Still within the realm of real estate, Gillian worked at a Destination Counselor for several relocation companies between 2005 and 2007. She is excited to be back selling residential real estate and working as Tom Neel's Relocation Specialist. She has a real aptitude for working with people and has many years of experience working with people from around the world. She is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.
Outside of work, Gillian stays busy raising her two daughters. In addition, she enjoys tennis and world travel.
